Returning Vendor

$25 discount automatically applied at checkout.
To support this mission, we invite vendors and practitioners to apply as presenters offering 30–60 minute talks, lectures, or demonstrations. All presentations must be pre-approved by Festival Coordinator Corrie Taylor. Approved presenters will receive an additional $25 off their vendor fee.
Please note: you are not fully registered until payment is received.
Event Date: May 2, 2026
*Vendors must provide their own equipment:
canopies, tables, chairs etc.
*All Fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote events.
*No electricity or running water is available.
*Our events usually run from 10am – 4pm.
*Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 8am – 10am.
*Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
*We reserve the right to censor any booth.
*Donate a product or service to the festival raffle to receive added visibility for your business. Raffle items must be dropped off at the store by April 15.
*Soul Garden Holistic Healing, and/or Green River Taproom and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the Soul Awakening Festival.
