Event Date: May 2, 2026

*Vendors must provide their own equipment:
canopies, tables, chairs etc. 

*All Fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote events. 

*No electricity or running water is available. 

*Our events usually run from 10am – 4pm. 

*Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 8am – 10am.

*Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. 

*We reserve the right to censor any booth.  

*Soul Garden Holistic Healing, and/or Green River Taproom and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred during the Soul Awakening Festival. 

*If your application is approved, a follow-up email will be sent with payment options.
