We’re so excited to have you join us for the Soul Awakening Holistic Healing Festival! As the event approaches, here are your final day-of details to help everything run smoothly:

EVENT LOCATION

Heads up: We’ll have signage and team members on-site to help guide you when you arrive. Please follow staff directions for a smooth load-in process.

SET-UP & ARRIVAL

Setup Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
(Please do not arrive earlier)

All setup must be completed by 10:00 AM, as we open to the public promptly at that time.

ARRIVAL PROCESS

• Pull up to the designated loading area when you arrive

• You will be greeted by a team member and given your booth/slot number

• You may drive up to your vending location to unload

• After unloading, you will be directed to vendor parking by staff

Important: Due to the layout of the venue, vehicle access is limited beyond initial unloading. Please come prepared with wagons, dollies, or hand trucks to transport your items as needed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• There are no electrical or water hook-ups available for vendors

• Wi-Fi is limited due to the rural location

• Please plan accordingly:

  • Bring a mobile hotspot if needed

  • Be prepared to accept offline payments (cash, Venmo, offline card processing, etc.)

TEAR-DOWN

• Tear-down begins at 4:00 PM (please do not pack up early)

• Leave No Trace: Please make sure your space is clean and all materials and trash are packed out.
